Our Company's Catastrophe claims roster of adjusters contains the names and information of nearly 5000 adjusters. RR’s adjusters have an average of 5 to 15 years of experience. The Company’s management team has an average of 20 years of insurance experience. Our greatest strength is our flexible staff and ability to mobilize I/A's, examiners, field supervisors and operation managers within 72 hours to handle a catastrophe event anywhere in the nation. From a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) program, a Full Adjustment assignment, Appraisal, or a Partial Investigation, our trained and experienced staff handles every claim assignment, large or small, with the same professionalism you, your agents, and your insureds have come to expect and deserve.
